ALL TEAM ADMINISTRATORS MUST HAVE YOUR LIVE SCAN CERTIFICATION BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME.
The Rialto Youth Soccer League (RYSL), as an affiliate of CYSA-South, is required to adhere to their strict "KIDSAFE" Risk Management Live Scan Fingerprinting program. The purpose of this program is to protect our children and to maintain an environment that is safe and secure.
Anyone having any responsibilities for, or contact with the children registered with RYSL, are required to under go a Risk Management Live Scan Fingerprinting check. These individuals must openly possess a valid Risk Management badge at all times during practices, games or any other RYSL function or a function in which the RYSL is participating.
If you have never had your Live Scan certification or you had it performed prior to March 1, 2003, you will need to have it completed according to the current policy. RYSL will usually hold one Live Scan fingerprinting session shortly before the Fall season begins, but it is the responsibility of each individual who works with the children to obtain their certification. Print the form below and take it to any of the Live Scan site locations listed at the Department of Justice website. You may be reimbursed for the cost of the certification by the league according to the current seasonal year league directives. Please contact the league for more information.

Please note: An administrator card cannot be printed for anyone until the Cal South Corporate Office has received the Approval from the California Department of Justice. This means you will not be able to participate in any tournaments and may not be able to perform any team or league administrator duties until you have had your Live Scan certification.
Thank you for assisting the league in maintaining a safe environment for all!
