9:00 am - Setup of booths begins

• First come first served for location

10:00 am - Booths open

• Teams can sell items
• Carnival games
• Vendors can sell items

11:00 am - Banner Contest Judging Begins

11:30 am - Coaches Scrimmage Game

2:00 pm - Opening Ceremony Begins

• Booths close
• Coaches game ends
• Banner judging concludes

3:30 pm - Distribute Game Schedules and Uniforms

• Coaches, please stop by the tables next to the snack bar to receive your team's uniforms.
